Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Deep Roots Herb School Affiliate Program ("Program") as an affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Enrollment

1.1. To enroll in the Program, you must complete the affiliate application form provided by Deep Roots Herb School ("Deep Roots") and agree to these Terms.

2.3. You agree not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices in connection with the Program.

3. Commission

3.1. Affiliates will receive a commission on referral revenue generated through their unique affiliate link.

3.2. The commission rate and payment terms will be specified by Deep Roots and may be subject to change at Deep Roots' discretion.

3.3. Commissions will be calculated at the end of each month and will be paid out according to Deep Roots' payment schedule.

4. Promotional Materials

4.1. Deep Roots may provide Affiliates with promotional materials, including banners, graphics, and other marketing assets, to assist with their promotional efforts.

4.2. Affiliates may only use the promotional materials provided by Deep Roots and may not modify or alter them in any way without prior written consent.

5. Termination

5.1. Deep Roots reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

5.2. Affiliates may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Deep Roots.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Affiliates may have access to confidential information about Deep Roots and its business operations. Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not to disclose it to any third party without Deep Roots' consent.

7. Independent Contractor

7.1. Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Deep Roots. Affiliates have no authority to bind Deep Roots or make any commitments on its behalf.

8. Modifications

8.1. Deep Roots reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice, by posting the revised Terms on its website. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms for updates.

9. Governing Law
