Delivery and Returns

 

Processing Times

All orders are processed as soon as they are received. Orders received by 8:00 AM are prepared for same-day carrier pickup. Orders received after 8:00 AM are processed the following day. 

Note: During peak seasons—such as November, December, and New Year’s Eve—delays in processing orders may occur due to high order volumes. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and USPS-designated holidays.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the US and orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

 

Change of Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot update delivery addresses or make changes (including cancellations or additions) once an order has  been placed.

 

Returns

If your item is damaged upon delivery, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt to report the issue and lodge your claim. We’ll promptly replace the damaged product.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
