Sound Familiar?

You don't need a full course. You need one plant you actually trust.

You've probably walked past Red Clover your entire life without giving it a second thought. Small pink-purple blooms. Clover-shaped leaves. Grows at the edge of lawns, along roadsides, in the forgotten corners of fields. You may have picked one as a kid.

What most people don't know is that Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) is one of the more genuinely useful plants I work with as an herbalist. It shows up in my clinical practice for women dealing with mood shifts and irritability in the second half of their cycle, for the skin stuff that keeps flaring up with no obvious cause, for that sluggish feeling that comes when your body needs a little clearing out. I've been in practice 17 years and it still earns a regular spot in my formulas.

So on May 6th, I'm going deep on just this one plant. You’ll learn what she actually does, and how you can use her.

What we'll cover

What Red Clover actually does. No jargon spiral.

01   How Red Clover supports hormone balance

Specifically for the second half of your cycle and perimenopause, when estrogen starts to dip and things get a little bumpy. Red Clover is phytoestrogenic, and we'll talk about what that actually means for your body, in plain language.

02   Why it works so well for skin and gentle clearing

Red Clover is a strong alterative, which is an old herbal term for "blood purifier." When your skin keeps reacting and you're not sure why, this is often where I start.

03   Who it's a good fit for and who should hold off

I'm a pretty moderate herbalist. You'll get an honest picture of who benefits most from Red Clover, what to keep in mind, and when to check with your provider first. No fear, no hype.

04  Simple ways to actually use it starting tomorrow

Tea, tincture, infused preparations. I'll walk you through the most accessible options and what each one is good for. You don't need a lot of equipment or any prior experience.

05    Why going deep on one herb is more useful than skimming twenty

This is how herbal confidence actually gets built. Knowing one plant well enough to trust it changes how you relate to plant medicine altogether. That shift is bigger than it sounds.

"You've probably seen it your whole life and never thought twice about it. That's kind of the thing about Red Clover… she's everywhere, she's been used for centuries and most people just walk right past her."

Red Clover has a long history in folk herbalism for women's health and lymphatic support. And now we have research that helps explain why. On May 6th, we'll go through both - tradition and science together. That's kind of my whole thing.
