Want learn how to turn your herbs into liquid gold (aka tinctures)??

One of the most common questions I get is "how do I make my own medicine with the herbs I've foraged or bought?" It's a pretty fair question, as you probably know that (in most cases) just eating the plant isn't gonna give you its highest medicinal qualities.

The truth is, there are a LOT of considerations when you're figuring out the best extraction and use for each herb, far more than I could ever teach in an hour... But learning how to tincture is a fundamental first step in learning how to make your own medicine and increasing the bioavailability of your herbs.

Making tinctures is the first thing people begin to experiment with when they really start making medicine, and there's a lot of conflicting and confusing information out there about how to do it.

So... I'm going to give you a quick and dirty overview on how to tincture!

Join me on Tuesday, May 7th for Tincture Making 101, to learn:

  • The basics of tincture making: what are they, what do you put in them, what you need
  • THE PROCESS: preparing the herbs, mixing them with solvent, straining & storing
  • Dosage & how to incorporate into your health regime
  • Why tinctures are such an integral part of herbal medicine

Plus, there will be an opportunity for Q&A with me afterwards!

Tincturing is an art, and even learning the very basics can be nuanced. Lucky for you, you have a clinical-functional herbalist (me!) here to help you out!
